GriefTrader is a ritual app for acknowledging closed trading positions. It is not a financial advisor, brokerage, or trading platform. Tombstones are commemorative — they carry no monetary instrument.
You own every tombstone you create. By enabling "Share to public cemetery", you grant GriefTrader a limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your tombstone in the public feed. You can revoke by toggling visibility off or deleting the tombstone.
Do not submit: harassment, doxxing, credible self-harm threats, incitement to violence, or illegal content. We moderate such content at our discretion.
On iOS and Android, digital-good purchases run through Apple / Google in-app purchases as required by platform policy. Wallet-native purchases on-chain follow a separate path and are settled in USDC on Base.
GriefTrader is not a substitute for mental health care. If you are in crisis:
You can delete your account in Settings (coming soon). We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
The Service is provided "as-is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GriefTrader is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or for any trading loss (which, by definition, predates your use of the app).
These terms are governed by the laws of the user's jurisdiction to the extent consumer-protection rules require; otherwise by the laws of Delaware, USA.
